About Copper Star Home Care
Copper Star Home Care was founded by Shannon and Sam Kennedy out of lived experience. For more than 30 years working across healthcare, Shannon saw firsthand how families struggle to find reliable and respectful in-home support for the people they love.
When care became personal in their lives, it was clear they wanted to build something different — something grounded in dignity, consistency, and trust — something local, knowing they will someday be the recipients of the care they are devoted to providing to their community.

After Sam's retirement from the heavy-civil construction industry as a dedicated safety professional, Copper Star Home Care was created to provide non-medical in-home care delivered by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who understand both the human and professional sides of care.

Sam and Shannon are both registered and listed with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
